Get a great low/no impact workout in the pool. The buoyancy and resistance of the water allow you to improve your flexibility, strength and endurance. Aqua fitness is offered in both shallow and deep water formats; you don’t need to know how to swim to participate. Aqua Fitness will be offered Monday-Thursday 9-10am and Saturday-Sunday 10-11am.
Participants select the individual dates to attend. A minimum of 4 participants must be registered 24 hours before the class for the session to be held. No class July 4.
