Group Fitness Classes

Classes included with a fitness membership or available with a daily fee may include:

  • Cardio, interval training, dance fitness and low impact options
  • Circuit, core, endurance and functional training offerings
  • Indoor cycling featuring the new Stages SC3 bikes
  • Yoga and other engaging mind/body choices

Specialty Classes

In addition to the group fitness classes included with membership, Specialty Classes will be offered at a discounted rate for members. These options are targeted to specific needs, medically-based, or in a highly focused area of fitness programming that requires specialized instructors with elevated certifications. Some TPAC classes and all classes offered at other District facilities will be Specialty Classes requiring a separate fee.

Fitness On Demand™ – Virtual Classes

Livestream and On-Demand Virtual Fitness Classes

Membership provides full access to the TPAC livestream group fitness platform. Virtual classes are available to Members on demand or via livestream. Livestream and pre-recorded classes from Northbrook Park District Group Fitness Instructors are also be available through this platform.

Fitness Studios

Two state-of-the-art fitness studios located on the second floor offer a variety of options from mind/body classes to low-impact training and high-intensity workouts. Instructors will have the ability to set the scene for each class with dimmable and flexible lighting, an integrated sound system, powered window coverings and ceiling fans.
