Set yourself up for success before the New Year starts. Whether your goals are weight loss or muscle mass, this program is for you. Participants will receive a pre and post weight check-in, exercise log, one session with a Personal Trainer and weekly newsletters with helpful tips for success. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the program.
Join us for our third Halloween 3K and Fun Run/Walk through our Halloween Techny Prairie Park and Fields course. The 3K Run is the perfect way to get into the festive spirit. Come dressed in costume. After the race there will be fun themed activities and a costume contest in a variety of different categories including best costume and best group costume.
