Beginning March 4, pick up an exercise bracket at the front desk and vote for your favorite exercise from the options provided. Complete the following sets with your preferred (or chosen) exercise during each weekly matchup.
1 60-second set
2 or 3 45-second sets
2 or 3 60-second sets
At the end of each week, return your bracket to the Fitness Desk to have your votes tallied and see which exercises make it to the next round! Completed brackets will be eligible for a prize drawing at the end of the tournament.
