Rev up your normal routine and take advantage of TPAC’s outdoor fitness classes! Sweat in the sun (just don’t forget your SPF) and turn your typical gym sesh into a vitamin D filled workout. Powering through strength training or cardio outdoors provides plenty of perks – including increased self-esteem, improved sleeping and decreases stress levels.
