Nikki has been training at TPAC since opening. With her years of experience and fun spirit, she has become endeared not only to her clients, but to the staff as well!
Nikki’s training experience spans over multiple Park District fitness facilities, where she has been able to build community wherever she goes. Nikki is also certified through the Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies program meaning she has specialized knowledge in how to train military veterans.
Her training philosophy is: Functional and Fun! She loves teaching people how to move with good form and stay injury free. Nikki believes core strength is the key to success and mindful movement.
Nikki is from the U,K. and loves to play soccer and ride her bike. As a wife and mother of two boys, her family loves hiking and visiting National Parks.
