Matthew has been training at TPAC for over a year and has become known for his consistently positive attitude and amazing energy!
Matthew has experience in training many different types of clients with goals such as improved sports performance, general fitness, powerlifting as well as competitive bodybuilding. According to Matthew, “My training philosophy is simple – “Compliance is the Science”. Find a routine that works for you and that you can adhere to.”
In his free time, Matthew also competes competitively in both powerlifting and bodybuilding. When it is time to relax, he loves to get recommendations for great TV shows and movies from his clients.
