Liz has been a trainer at TPAC since early 2021 and has made her mark both in personal training and group fitness as someone with a gentle and kind spirit, even though she makes you work hard!
After over 2 decades as a stay at home mother of 4 and a fitness enthusiast, Liz turned her passion for health and wellness into a career. A Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach with certificates in Sports Nutrition and Weight Management, a Personal Trainer, Yoga, Barre, Group Ex and Active Aging Instructor. Liz’s goal is to motivate and inspire those who are on their own fitness journey.
