Meet Liz

Liz has been a trainer at TPAC since early 2021 and has made her mark both in personal training and group fitness as someone with a gentle and kind spirit, even though she makes you work hard!

After over 2 decades as a stay at home mother of 4 and a fitness enthusiast, Liz turned her passion for health and wellness into a career. A Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach with certificates in Sports Nutrition and Weight Management, a Personal Trainer, Yoga, Barre, Group Ex and Active Aging Instructor. Liz’s goal is to motivate and inspire those who are on their own fitness journey.

Liz’s client Marlene H., says:

“This year I knew I had to make changes due to my health but I didn’t know where to start.  I’ve not exercised regularly – always intimidated until I found the amazing Liz.   She is so knowledgeable about issues related to aging.  Through a series of stretches, movements and progressively more difficult exercises, I am much stronger and I like to think my cognitive skills have improved as well.  As importantly, Liz is so supportive and encouraging that I now LOVE working out!!
