Drew has been training at TPAC since opening. He is not only incredibly educated and knowledgeable but is also quite quick on the draw with corny jokes!
After getting his law degree, Drew served for six years as a public defender before deciding to channel his desire to help people into fitness and wellness. He went back to school and earned an MS is Exercise Science and 20 years later, hasn’t looked back. Drew’s specialty lays in training clients with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis. In addition, Drew works with people who want to improve balance, posture or anyone who just wants to become healthier.
Drew’s training philosophy is: Smart beats tough. Learn how to move well before adding resistance. Discover what good balance, posture and stability feel like, then train hard and become more durable.
When not working, Drew likes to spend time with his wife, stepdaughter and dog, drums with local bands and participates in triathlons.
