Set yourself up for success before the New Year starts. Whether your goals are weight loss or muscle mass, this program is for you. Participants will receive a pre and post weight check-in, exercise log, one session with a Personal Trainer and weekly newsletters with helpful tips for success. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the program.
