National Senior Health & Fitness Day on May 29

Join us in celebrating National Senior Health & Fitness Day with a variety of free health and fitness programming tailored for seniors. The day will include experts who will address health-related topics, body composition analysis with InBody Scans, fun games, giveaways, healthy snacks and more.

The day also includes free Open Gym Pickleball, Special Group Fitness Classes, and access to the Indoor Track. Separate registration is required for the Special Group Fitness Classes, Open Gym Pickleball, and Prairie Room Health and Fitness activities. All activities are free and for seniors only.
